JOB POSTING - Sales Administrator

We’re looking for a tech-savvy Sales Administrator who will support the Business Development Manager to service a large growing client database.

Specifically, you will be required to perform the following tasks:

  • Complete sales transactions for clients by updating the Joomla backend.

  • Place ads online for clients, and provide updates on ad performance.

  • Coordinate with Social Media Manager and provide updates on new campaigns.

  • Post events, contests, and blog entries online

  • Research and add listings to the Business Directory.

Experience required:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software; specifically Word, Excel & Powerpoint

  • Experience working with CMS web development software like Wordpress, Joomla, etc.

  • Working knowledge of HootSuite social media management software

  • Previous experience with CRM software

Soft skills required:

  • Ability to communicate with various levels of management.

  • Ability to work on your own, or in a team as required.

  • Great organization and time management.


The successful candidate must own their own mobile phone and computer, and have the ability to work from home, or remotely.
