  • Someone just recommended this place to me and I’m kicking myself for not noticing this place way way way earlier!!!
    I was able to pull up right out front and wandered in, I was greeted immediately and offered a cosy table and a menu along with some tasty recommendations about what to order, everything looked so good but I settled for my favourites Oxtail, festival and Plantains which came cooked to perfection and were full of incredible flavour! Wow this place is probably one of the most Authentic Yard (Jamaican) restaurants in the city! Simple but amazing and pleasant ambiance with Glen Washington, Beres Hammond, Taurus Riley, Bob Marley, Sanchez and other Reggae greats playing in the background the food is 100% authentic it’s so flavourful and bubbled to perfection wow! I can’t recommend this place enough to people! Incredible experience really and the Staff are so friendly and nice! Home made Sorrel was incredible!

  • Great service, ambiance, and food. Asked for what the chef recommended, how he would eat it, and got an amazing meal.

    I got the oxtail with fried plantain, coleslaw, and rice. The oxtail was fall off the bone, perfectly cooked, and tastefully seasoned. The sides really complimented the meal as well. To finish off, I had a grapefruit Ting.
