Harriet Tubman Community Organization (HTCO) is a Black-owned Canadian based non-profit that works hard to foster the intrinsic motivation of Black, African Young people and others who relate to learn and grow. Harriet Tubman Community Organization is dedicated to reducing the experiences of marginality faced by young people, and others in need. Our mission is achieved through the promotion of African Canadian Heritage education, arts and wellness programs and services.
