We are the only Canadian Black woman-founded and led nonprofit with a fierce national mandate to advance racial and gender equity by levelling the playing field for Canadian entrepreneurs in the food ecosystem.
Why is this important? Food is a natural extension of our identities. Historically, the are many barriers to entry that exist in the food ecosystem keep some communities from fully participating in the ecosystem. In order to address these barriers, Foodpreneur Lab, creates access and opens doors for foodpreneurs.

Ready to Start or Scale Your Food Business?
We have developed a unique success model that focuses on providing an individualized experience for first-time foodpreneurs or companies ready to grow.
The Start Path is for pre-revenue foodpreneurs or those needing food and business fundamentals to turn their ideas into a prototype.
The Scale Path is for foodpreneurs who are already selling products in the market and are ready for commercialization or product diversification.
