Soltera Ring

Soltera Rings change the dating culture and allow for a more organic experience. They serve as a physical identifier of a person's status.  My name is Jelaine and I am the founder of Soltera Ring. As a single person navigating dating in a digital world, I found myself wanting to get back to basics. Talking, connecting, and meeting people the ‘old fashion’ way. I was tired of hearing family members say “don’t worry, you might meet someone in a coffee shop, in an elevator or in line at the grocery store”. I have news for those family members, typically people are staring down at a screen at any chance they get so I had little faith this would happen.   I started asking myself what a single person looks like? I thought of everyone I know except those with engagement rings or wedding rings. Then I had an idea and Soltera Rings were born.   A Soltera Ring is a ring that identifies a person as single. Single meaning - someone who is unmarried, not in a serious committed relationship, or not part of a civil union. Soltera is the Spanish word for single, so directly translated a Soltera Ring is a single ring. Soltera Rings exist to bring people together, explore potential relationships and help start a conversation. Soltera rings are inclusive and as long as the person is open to meeting new people with the objective of potentially meeting a partner, they should wear the ring. There are 4 unisex designs that transcend barriers like cultural, racial, gender, orientation, age and class. What is consistent across all 4 designs is that it is worn on the right-hand ring finger. Males, females, non-binary, and LGBTQQ2 can all wear the ring, the only pre-requisite is that you identify as a single person. Widows, divorcees, and separated individuals can wear the ring as well, no matter what your orientation, creed, or religion. If you are looking for a partner, wear the ring.
