EdibleBliss11 is a small black owned business that has taken entrées and desserts to the next level. The founder Amanda Hamer who has been in the culinary industry for 30+ years creates her desserts and dishes with the intentions of pleasing the palate one blissful bite at a time. Since quitting her 9 to 5 job to pursue her passion, Amanda has found her own unique style when it comes to cooking and baking. All her creations are made from scratch using the best ingredients. Amanda Hamer aka EdibleBliss11 has been featured on many platforms such as the Food Network “donut showdown” How She Hustles, By Blacks “peoples choice awards”, Breakfast Television, City Line, Jamaican Eats Magazine and her desserts have been devoured by our very own Prime Minister of Canada.
