This Mini  healthy snack is made with organic wheat-flour, millet, Sorghum, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, butter, baking powder, a pinch of sugar, salt, cardamom and vanilla. The butter is optional. You may use imitation butter flavor because it's fat free. 

 

These items are all mixed together into a soft flexible dough, similar to a Scottish shortbread cook. It is rolled out and cut into small pieces or shapes and then baked in the oven.

For every 4 cups of the mixed flour, add 1.5 Table spoon of sugar.  Once the snack is cooled, dress them with them  Icing Sugar.
