The Ottawa Community Immigrant Services Organization (OCISO), founded in 1978, supports over 10,000 immigrants and refugees annually across four Ottawa locations. They offer multilingual settlement services, language instruction (LINC), career mentoring, clinical counselling, youth and senior programs, and school-based integration initiatives—all culturally tailored and delivered in over 50 languages.
