VPI Employment Services (also known as VPI Working Solutions Inc.), founded in 1988 and headquartered in Mississauga with 17 Southern Ontario locations (including Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Oshawa, North York, Thornhill), is a non-profit organization offering free, personalized employment supports. Their services include career counselling, job readiness training, resume/interview preparation, vocational assessments, youth and newcomer-focused programming, employer connections, and access to programs like Canada–Ontario Job Grant and Better Jobs Ontario.
