African Food Basket (Afri‑Can FoodBasket) is a Toronto-based, Black-led non-profit founded in 1995 that combats hunger and systemic food insecurity within African, Caribbean, and Black (ACB) communities. The organization achieves this by delivering culturally appropriate food baskets through pop-up pantries and direct home delivery, while also operating the Ujamaa Learning Farm to support sustainable urban agriculture and youth leadership.
