My therapeutic approach

Everybody is different.

Your identity, and how you see yourself, matters.

I am an anti-racist psychotherapist. I’m trained as an EMDR Certified therapist and Approved Consultant. I have also developed an approach to treat racial and complex trauma called Rhythm and Processing (RAP).

I help clients to heal from suffering, organizations to become more humane, and help therapists to become more effective at what they do.

We will learn techniques to reduce anxiety, increase self-worth, and change the way you look at life.

My motivation: There is no better feeling than helping others to recognize their awesomeness.

Contact me if you would like to schedule a session today.
