ODIHI is a Black owned Canadian Non-profit Advancing Careers Of BIPOC Women And Girls Our goal is to provide free access to educational resources and create endless career opportunities for BIPOC women and girls locally and globally. Odihi which means the “essence of greatness” is a Black-led non-for-profit dedicated to educating, equipping and empowering BIPOC girls and women through coaching, workshops, and mentorship. We are dedicated to building today’s leaders through educational events and social impacts to help them reach their fullest potential. We are working to change the color of the boardroom by providing training to Black women 26+ who are passionate about becoming their own CEOs or aspiring to work at a Fortune 500 company or at high-level business positions to have the support, education and resource to be better prepared for when an opportunity present itself to have the confidence to purse their goals.
