Rowin Jarvis moved to Durham Region from Toronto, Ontario. He studied engineering at the University of Waterloo, graduated and began his career performing engineering property site inspections for an international insurance company. His increasing interest in land and property lead him to start a boutique real estate investment company specializing in long-term real estate investments. He has always had a strong desire to help people become investors.His passion for helping people navigate through the field of real estate lead him to obtain his real estate license where he enjoys helping both first-time and experienced buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. He works to take a strong “people-first” approach to real estate.In his free time, Rowin is an avid traveler, visiting multiple continents (only Australia left to go!) and has reached a working-level of both French and Spanish languages. Rowin is also a Director for the Learning Disabilities Association - Durham Region.
