Sauce Caribbean

Sauce isn’t just a name, it’s a cultural and generational attitude and love for great food. So much so, as a child Jennifer would always ask “mom can I get more sauce please” a common phrase commonly heard in Caribbean households. Sauce is the final touch to a dish, the accessory to the plate, the icing on the cake, it is what brings it all together. So the name Sauce seemed fitting. The vision for Sauce was to create a place that would make people feel like they were taken away to the Caribbean. As you walk through the door of Sauce, you will be taken back by the smells of Caribbean flavours, and soak into the warm and relaxing ambiance and the vibrant sounds of the Caribbean. Our decor provides visual representations of the Islands through the variation of blues, greens and gold accents; highlighting the clear blue sea, lush green land, and the jewels of the sea. Sauce’s vision is to always provide a place where people can enjoy an authentic Caribbean experience like no other.
