Founded by Faith Wadawasina with the support of her husband Vanye Wadawasina, our mission is to introduce the vibrant essence of Nigerian cuisine to a global audience. Drawing inspiration from their roots in Adamawa State, North East of Nigeria, Faith and Vanye infuse each dish with the rich, diverse flavors of their heritage. From the fiery heat of suya spices to the refreshing zest of Zobo—a beloved hibiscus beverage known by many names worldwide such as Sorrel, Agua de Jamaica, and Karkadé—every meal at Aboki Grills is a testament to the Wadawasinas' passion for sharing the unique tastes of Nigeria with the world.
