Boukan Edible Bliss is a fusion Caribbean restaurant located in Toronto, Ontario, owned by Haitian-Canadian entrepreneurs Amir Senat and Ricardo Province. The name "Boukan" holds deep historical significance, originating from Haitian slavery,  and is referred to as a campfire used for cooking food. The goal of the Boukan restaurant is to express the rich culture of Haitian and Creole food in a sophisticated and modern way by incorporating delicious Haitian-Caribbean cuisine into the community.
