Kamúy

  • 1716.png
Named after the Taino (Caribbean First Nations people) word for sun, Kamúy is much more than a restaurant - for its executive chef and his team, it’s an opportunity to bring together and celebrate a rich and diverse community through food, music, culture, and art. Hailing from many different regions of the islands (and beyond), Chef Paul and his team aim to bring something new to Montreal’s culinary tapestry that combines the flavour, spice, and colourful creations of Caribbean food with fine-dining tradition of french cuisine, the comfort of Quebecois casse-croute culture, the exploratory techniques of forward-thinking chefs, and the diverse influences of the many communities that call this city home.
