A. We're always on the lookout for new Black businesses, entrepreneurs, artists, personalities and stories to feature on the site. We'd love to hear from you! Send our editor-in-chief an email at camille.dundas(at)byblacks.com. Due to the high volume of pitches we receive, we cannot respond to everyone.

Q. How do I add an event on ByBlacks.com?

A. Our estimation is that there are over 500 events weekly across Canada in the Black community. Get yours added to ByBlacks.com in 3 easy steps.

  1. Click here to register
  2. Click here to log in with your username and password
  3. Go to the “Add A new event” page and complete the mandatory fields. Save your new event and our admin team will review and approve within 2 business days.

Q. How do I claim my business directory listing on ByBlacks.com?

A. You can claim your Black-Owned Canadian business listing on the ByBlacks.com business directory in 5 easy steps

  1. Register first here for the free account https://byblacks.com/registration-form
  2. Log in with your username and password https://byblacks.com/user-info/user-login
  3. Go to the directory listing you want to claim
  4. Find your listing and hit the “Claim Listing” button.
  5. Complete the mandatory info for your business and hit save. Don’t worry, if you haven’t completed all the fields, the system will prompt you.
