From Pop-Up Shop to Restaurant, Gushi is What We Dig's Latest Delight

This week, our adventure took us to Gushi for some serious Japanese fusion.

We actively sought out Gushi because of its humble beginnings -  it was a pop-up shop at Bathurst & Dundas W (aka. Market 707).

Now, Gushi has been relocated to Queen Street just west of University, and we wanted to know if the restaurant maintained its quality and taste.

We were not disappointed and I don't think you will be either. This is street food at its best. Check out this week’s review as we take the kids and family to Gushi.
