Yes, we provide free standard shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a small shipping fee applies, which will be shown at checkout.

Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, so changes aren’t always possible. If you need to cancel, email us right away at contact@bellurelle.com with your order details—we’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee changes. During busy times, cancellations and edits may not be available. We’re also not responsible for address errors or delays once your order ships.

Processing times are generally 1-10 business days but may take longer depending on volume and uncontrollable conditions (ex. COVID-19, holidays).

Normal: Your skin doesn't fluctuate too much, it isn't oily or dry and if it is, it's only for a little. You don't require much maintenance and you don't really get blemishes (everyone wants to be you).

Dry: Your skin produces the least amount of sebum (oil). Sebum serves as a protective layer while simultaneously retaining moisture in the skin. Having less of it results in flaky, tight to red, and itchy skin, meaning you'll need more moisture.

Oily: Your skin produces an excess amount of sebum, usually a lot more when the body experiences a fluctuation in hormone levels.

Combination: Your skin is both dry and oily, normally dry on the cheeks and oily in the T-zone, but it varies from person to person.

Sensitive: Your skin reacts to products easily and quickly. Usually because of changes in temperature, certain ingredients, hormones and the sun.

However, it is important to note that our skin type can be affected by many things such as the environment, products you use, your diet and your genes. Since Bellurelle products are made to order and do not contain preservatives, shop for what your skin needs for the season
