Monica Goodluck, a FutureBUILDS Real Estate Development Incubator participant, is a social justice and equity professional driven to create a supportive village for BIPOC mothers and their children. Monica’s project involves transforming her family home into a co-living space to help others  transition into independent living and overcome housing discrimination. Watch her video  here.

Anyika Naila Mark is an incredible activist, project coordinator for the Little Jamaica Community Land Trust, and a FutureBUILDS NEXT alumna.
