✅ Identify as someone who is Black, Indigenous or a Person of Colour (BIPOC)?

✅ Have some knowledge about real estate development, construction or operating a business)?

✅ Have access to land, capital or other assets required to develop a property (at any scale)? Apply to the FREE FutureBUILDS Incubator

The deadline for applications is March 31st, 2025.

This project was developed by the team at Monumental in partnership with the University of Toronto’s Infrastructure Institute. FutureBUILDS is funded by the Government of Canada's Future Skills Centre.

FutureBUILDS supports mid-career Black, Indigenous and People of Colour interested in pursuing career opportunities in the development sector. The program seeks to accelerate the creation of a new cohort of Canadian real estate developers that are more representative of the communities served and impacted by development. FutureBUILDS will add new thinking, agility and ideas into the real estate development sector by engaging BIPOC entrepreneurs and innovators who are passionate about housing and building sustainable cities.
