In this practical session, you’ll transform your ideas into a one-sentence mission that guides priorities, energizes your team, and signals value to customers and funders.

What we’ll cover (60 minutes)

• 0:00–0:10 — Mission vs. vision vs. values: quick distinctions and examples

• 0:10–0:25 — The mission formula: audience + problem + approach + promised outcome

• 0:25–0:40 — Drafting lab: write your first version using guided prompts

• 0:40–0:50 — Pressure-test: clarity, credibility, differentiation, and focus checks

• 0:50–1:00 — Make it operational: where your mission shows up (offers, marketing, hiring)

You’ll leave with

• A crisp, one-sentence mission statement you can share and use immediately

• A pressure-test checklist to refine it with your team or mentor

• A mini playbook for embedding your mission into sales, messaging, and decision-making
