Black History Month is fast approaching, but at Nia Centre - Black Art is 365 days a year. From exhibitions and performances to artistic workshops and youth programs - Nia Centre is the place where Black art lives.
Located in the heart of Little Jamaica, the newly renovated Nia Centre for the Arts offers Torontonians the chance to experience boundary pushing artistic experiences by Black artists in the city.
Year-round, the centre works with Black artists working in theatre, music, fine arts, digital media and more to showcase the beauty of our diverse Black Canadian culture. Whether you’re an artist, creative or simply love the arts: there are endless ways for you to be part of the story.
