Deborah Barnes

Deborah Barnes, is a Black-owned Canadian based non-profit that focuses on bdiversity, equity and inclusion. She is a Social Worker and Consultant specializing in Anti-Black Racism Over 25 years of experience in the Public Sector and in Higher Education as a social worker, sociologist, educator and consultant.  Clinical areas include: addiction, mental health, child welfare, adoption, corrections/ criminal justice and grief/loss.  Areas of expertise includes therapeutic support, organizational change, equity, inclusion, Anti-Black Racism, anti-oppression and training & education.   Currently available to take on new organizations and clients.
