Janelle Benjamin
Janelle Benjamin is the Founder & Chief Equity Officer All Things Equitable Inc. She is a Juris Doctor with almost 20 years of experience in diversity and inclusion, accessibility, and human rights.
Janelle previously investigated complaints of discrimination and harassment at the Ontario Human Rights Commission. She later was senior policy advisor to the Honourable Jean Augustine, P.C. C.M., in her role as Fairness Commissioner for the Province of Ontario.
Janelle worked as a senior policy advisor at the Accessibility Directorate of Ontario, implementing the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA), developing accessibility standards and breaking barriers for people with disabilities.
