NuChoice Counselling and Assessment Services Inc. is a Black-owned Canadian service that provides individual, relationship, and family counselling for individuals who struggle in a variety of areas including depression, anxiety, conflict resolution, parent-teen conflict, and so on. Assessment services include parenting capacity assessments, custody and access assessments, and need assessments. Our counselling and assessment services are rooted in a collaborative, person-centred, anti-oppressive, culturally sensitive, and strengths-based approach that embeds the values of inclusion, equity, self-determination, self-empowerment and choice in all areas of counselling treatment and assessment services. Using cognitive-behavioural therapy, solution-focused therapy and brief therapy approaches, our treatment assists you to move forward in living your best life on your terms. We offer counselling and assessment services at our office, through online video conference or in the community.
