I created Grandma Knows Best because some of life's most important lessons don't come from classrooms. I've learned as much from living as from studying, and I believe our stories should be told by us, not explained on our behalf. That's why I made room for essays, workshops and conversations about what we inherit, survive and question, while inviting everyone who finds their way into GKB to pull up a chair in the Living Room, where we spill the tea, even when conversations get uncomfortable.
