Amanda Hamer

Amanda Hamer is a caterer/baker and personal chef.Born and raised in downtown Toronto Amanda has been cooking/baking for over 20+ years. Amanda tributes for culinary skills to her late mother and influences of growing up in a multicultural city. She has graduated from George Brown College in which she has received her degree in culinary arts. Her dishes can be described as a fusion of West Indian, Asian and Canadian flavours. Amanda also uses creativity in creating custom design cakes for all types of occasion.A lot of what Amanda does is now self taught since leaving the 9-to-5 cooking industry as a head chef and becoming a full-time Catered entrepreneur. Edible Bliss 11 was her side hustle for many years until October 20, 2018. Through growth, determination and many referrals Amanda has made a name for herself leaving a blissful experience with every client as well as a lasting memory of her expertise. Amanda has been featured on the Food Network... “Donut Showdown”
