Founded by former CFL player Orlando Bowen, OVOT works to empower youth (ages 7–18) across Ontario and beyond through leadership training, role-model assemblies, and summer camps grounded in their S.W.O.L.E.™ framework: Self‑Respect, Work Hard, Overcome Adversity, Lead by Example, and Excellence
