For over 13 years, I have worked as a Social Worker with countless communities, including racialized communities, sexual violence survivors, homeless folx, women, youth and families, addictions, and MVA survivors. Armed with both experience and understanding, I work to build trust and carefully tailored care for the communities I support; primarily specializing in trauma, mood, anxiety, and adjustment concerns. I practice from an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed framework, and I use integrative strategies to explore and understand the self as a whole. Using an intersectional lens, I support with various challenges including life transitions, codependency, racialized trauma, gender/sexuality concerns, family/relationship conflict and communication difficulties. I work from a collaborative standpoint, with you at the forefront of what our journey will look like. Together, we can find creative and flexible strategies to help you reach the goals you wish to reach, to be the person you want to be, and to live the life you want to live.
