Franyz Kitchen is a catering and take-out food service, based out of Nova Scotia, that specializes in authentic Nigerian cuisine.  From jollof rice, egusi soup, moin-moin to plantain pie, their mission is to introduce both native and non-Nigerians alike to the delicious flavors of the homeland's cuisine.
