Island Foods Express

You’ll find Kim most comfortable in the kitchen and behind the counter, talking to customers who are like family to this restaurateur and busy mom of three.  But Kim doesn’t see herself as just a business owner, she grew up in the restaurant business.  Kim’s parents Ruth and Ramasar opened their first location in the Dufferin Mall in 1973 and Toronto’s iconic Island Foods location in Parkdale in 1986.
