Tdot Jerk is a Black Canadian owned Caribbean restaurant. unlike its competitors that use a stove or oven, Tdot Jerk is bringing you the most authentic Jerk the city has to offer. is the process of marinating meat and smoking it slowly over a bed of aromatic wood. The result is moist, tender meat infused with a distinct flavour. Tdot Jerk has successfully been replicating this process in Toronto since 2015.
