    With less than one week until Christmas, I thought I would share some tips for managing all of the temptations that may come your way throughout the holidays!

For years, I’ve worked from home running my business online while traveling the world.  Staying fit without equipment is my norm; hotel rooms and Airbnbs have been my “gym” for as long as I can remember.
