CaribbeanTales International Film Festival opens this year with a hard hitting film out of the U.S. called Diary of a Bad Man.

The line up for the 24th Toronto Jewish Film Festival has just been announced, and there are some Black films worth checking out. The festival runs May 5th to 15th. 

I'm Still Standing is a new documentary series on YouTube that features some raw, emotional stories from women who have been able to move past traumatic experiences.

There is one thing that inevitably happens in the presence of our unofficial teachers, the ones we may never meet but who have shaped us in some way.

“It’s a docu-dramedy comedy,” says Jimmie Walker when announcing the planned film reunion of the “Good Times” original cast.

Playwright, Producer Motivational Speaker and Entrepreneur Trey Anthony has added another title to her already accomplished resume.

You’ve seen him in Exit Wounds, The Incredible Hulk, Grey’s Anatomy, The Listener, and Lost Girl, as well as many others — Arnold Pinnock shares all about his newest project, Young Drunk Punk. 

She may be little, but this star shines bright -- Ava Augustin is a Joey Award nominated actress inspiring other young people to follow their dreams.
