It Doesn't Only Happen In The Movies

It Doesn't Only Happen In The Movies

Is there a difference between having a mind shattering orgasm and squirting? Some think squirting is a myth and happens only in porn.

Let’s break it down a bit, explaining the difference between both. Orgasm is a physical reflex, usually a pleasurable one, when the muscles that were tightened during sexual arousal relax and the body returns to its pre-arousal state. During sexual arousal there is increased blood flow to the genitals and tensing of muscles throughout the body and particularly in the genitals. Orgasm reverses this process through a series of rhythmic contractions. For women, contractions occur in the lower part of the vagina, in the uterus, anus, and pelvic floor.

Female ejaculation (aka "squirting") involves women releasing fluids through their urethra during sexual excitement or orgasm. Keep in mind that this is a bed soaking mess, whereas the lubrication you produce when you’re turned on, is a small amount of whitish fluid that occurs during or just before you climax.

Every woman should be able to squirt if they take the time to know their body. With the right stimulation, either mental or physical, with or without penetration, it is possible, in theory. It may be more difficult for some women because of their physical makeup: weak pelvic floor muscles, inability to properly relax, etc. It takes practice to perfect this trick and learning how to relax properly and go with the flow, so to speak. It is also not a bad idea for you to practice this on your own — then you can get the gist of it without feeling shy.

The next step is to try to induce the female ejaculation. This consists of keeping aroused, and firmly stimulating your G-spot (G-spot is area in the front wall of the vagina which is produces an extremely intense orgasm when stimulated) with either your fingers or a firm toy with a curved end, whatever you prefer, until you feel you’re ready.

When involving your partner you can use his penis or a toy to stimulate your G-spot, but it's probably a good idea to practice where you can a) see and feel precisely what you are doing and; b) use something direct and firm to keep the pressure even.

If you’re doing it correctly you’ll probably feel the desire to urinate, but if you keep this feeling alive and keep going, it will eventually turn into a very intense sexual feeling. Once you’re at that point, more than likely you’re ready to ejaculate. Whatever happens, you need to keep yourself open and relaxed and let it flow. If you feel it coming on but nothing seems to be happening, it may help if you push on your pelvic muscles.

Whatever you choose, you have the ability to fully enjoy your body either by regular orgasm or female ejaculation. So embrace it and run with it! (Literally).
